Fancy Legs Party Jam
Emerging or underground, dances from street culture, clubbing or the internet are often far removed from the more institutional scenes. By teaming up with the Freestyle Lab collective and Milø Slayers, the Charleroi danse choreographic centre wanted to open its doors to these communities of artists who are little known to the general public.
The Fancy Legs highlight the immense creativity and virtuosity of these artists, and the inventiveness at work as the music, politics and technology of the moment evolve. In an open and convivial spirit, the evenings aim to bring together all dancers and lovers of movement, sound and celebration.
