Tomorrow's Parties
De nieuwste van Forced Entertainment is een bedrieglijk eenvoudige voorstelling. Twee spelers staan op een geïmproviseerd podium, onder een slinger van gekleurde lichtjes. Ze delen de meest uiteenlopende toekomstvisies met hun publiek: alombekende utopieën en doembeelden, of zonderlinge en fantastische nieuwe verhalen van de hand van regisseur en schrijver Tim Etchells. Tomorrow’s Parties biedt een speelse, scherpe, soms uitzinnig komische kijk op mogelijke en volstrekt onmogelijke toekomstscenario’s.
• Al 25 jaar voert Forced Entertainment de avant-garde van het hedendaagse Britse theater aan. De groep uit Sheffield ontmantelt lustig alle theaterconventies en haalt de verwachtingen van het publiek voortdurend onderuit.
