While you get a bite to eat, you can listen to a talk with Kris Verdonck about his work and what inspires him. Kris Verdonck’s creations lie on the boundaries between art and theatre, installation and performance, dance and architecture.

Artists reveal themselves in their work. They give us a glimpse of what is going on in their minds, in their hearts. They inspire us. But who or what inspires them? For Soul Food Special, Eleanor Bauer, Ivo Dimchev, Mette Ingvartsen and Kris Verdonck will reveal their sources of inspiration and great examples to interviewers Guy Gypens and Katleen Van Langendonck (artistic director and programmer at Kaaitheater resp.) and you, the audience. There will be food and drinks for all.  And the artists get to choose their favourite dessert!

While you get a bite to eat, Cis Bierinckx will talk with Jan Lauwers about his work and what inspires him. Over the last twenty years Jan Lauwers has become best known for his pioneering work for the stage with Needcompany.
