The four editions of TiNWwP aim to connect bodies, minds, and souls and to collectivize the experience of our emotions; our anger, fear, grief, and joy. After collectively connecting to anger and fear previously, this Spring edition will be about GRIEF. What causes our grief? How could we be with our grief together? 

This 3 part workshop explores the concept of fear, through creative writing, poetry and performance. Discussions and interactive activities guide the participants to challenge themselves through different stages of their personal journey, using examples from everyday observations. If you enjoy writing or performing, or would like to step outside of your comfort zone this workshop is for you! 

Bloom like a Flower is a reflection and movement workshop where Massinda Zinga leads people back to their authentic selves and closer to their inner purpose by balancing their energies.

Open Studios XL — This workshop is an invitation to move together. The rules of the global tango are not respected and roles are playfully reversed. Anyone who would like to move is welcome. No experience with tango or dance is required.

How can we collectively process what moves us within? How do we honour emotions like anger or grief, or deal with feelings of being overwhelmed by endemic stress, constraints, conditioning or aggressions? We bring together three healing facilitators who offer sessions, wherein concrete tools and knowledge developed to deal with stress or difficult emotions, are experienced and transferred. moving within is created as an addition to the performance SPIRIT CAPITAL, the Seat of Memory by Roland Gunst.
